Orthodox Hymnography

Below you will find hymns of the Orthodox Church for various services!

Lord, have mercy

This is the normal version sung by our choir: Lord, have mercy - 1
This is a group of versions that we use for the various parts of Matins/Orthros and Vespers: Lord, have mercy - 2 (group)
This is a simplified "Lord, Have Mercy" in Korean (using Latin Character Phonetics): Byzantine Notation and Western Notation

Weddings

"Glory to Thee, our God, glory to Thee!" in Korean (using both Latin Phonetics and Korean Characters): Byzantine Notation and Western Notation

Troparia of Repentence

Penetential Troparia - Found in the Small Paraklesis, Great Paraklesis, Great Compline, and Unction Service.

Liturgy

This is a setting of the Beatitudes, adapted from the Romanian manuscript of I. Popescu-Pasărea: The Beatitudes
While the Beatitudes are not normally sung in this fashion in Orthodox Churches of the Byzantine tradition, Orthodox Churches of Slavic origin do use them in this context.

Vespers

Lord, I have cried

O Lord, I have cried - Tone 1 (from Dhi) - This version of "O Lord, I have cried" is adapted from Simona Petras Monastery, and is primarily used for Tone 1 prosomoia (slow or fast) that revolve around Pa and Dhi; in particular, this melody is often used for the Feast of the Dormition of the Mother of God which has Tone 1 "O Strange Wonder" as its first prosomoia. "From Dhi" means that the prosomoia's starting indicator (martyria) is Dhi, and therefore the verse that preceeds it should end on Dhi.

Below are some Verses and Stichera from Vespers. The text for the Psalm Verses are taken from the Antiochian Village Camp Book, and the texts for the Ressurectional Stichera at "Lord, I have cried" are from the Nassar Translation.
The Resurrectional Stichera are composed anew, along with the verses (although, the Verses are slightly based on those of the Anastasimatarion of Ioannis Protopsaltis 1905 and the Romanian Anastasimatar from Neamts Monastery 1943).
Any comments are welcome.
